We’re looking for a strategic, autonomous, and client-focused Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team! At our agency, Senior CSMs are responsible for account management, strategic input, client relationship management, and reporting on a variety of creative campaigns, including influencer marketing and user-generated content.

Abilities & Skills
  • Able to work closely across departments to execute programs with multiple monthly recurring services
  • Expert in all things Influencer Marketing, Social Media, UGC, and Branded Content/Creative Services best practices, with an ability to educate and advise clients
  • Expertise in end-to-end social media strategy, from planning and content strategy to content creation, leveraging trends to produce thumb-stopping content
  • Impeccable organizational skills with a proactive approach to staying ahead of client communications, influencer campaign management, and service-driven project workflows
  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Can manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost
  • Excellent communication skills to be the glue between clients and our operations team. Strives to do good for their clients and provide them a stellar customer experience.
  • Baseline knowledge of SEM services (paid media, SEO, web development, CRO) is considered an asset

Experience
  • 4+ years of account/client management experience in the marketing or PR space
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating and executing influencer marketing and social media campaigns end-to-end
  • 1+ year of sales experience in some capacity is an asset
  • Marketing agency experience is strongly preferred

As a Senior CSM, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Strategic Execution & Program Management (Social Media, Paid Social, UGC & Influencer Marketing)
  • Oversee multi-service campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of Influencer Marketing, Social, and Branded Content strategies to achieve client goals 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, providing supporting departments to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  • Hold regular meetings, discussions, and brainstorms with different teams to optimize campaigns and hit KPIs

  • Client Leadership & Reporting
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and positioning yourself as a strategic partner
  • Proactively identify and solve client challenges, leading with expertise and confidence
  • Lead client reporting meetings, effectively communicating data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
  • Confidently create reporting  and strategy presentation frameworks with a logical flow, speaking to multiple sections during presentations
  • Create and highlight strategic recommendations through storytelling and harnessing strong service knowledge
  • Upsell services (where beneficial to the client)
  • Produce clear and concise emails to clients, building and owning a strong relationship by fostering trust and transparency

  • New Client Setups
  • Lead implementation of a digital media strategy
  • Partner with your clients to quickly understand their business, industry, and competitors
  • Develop and implement budgets aligned with clients’ key business objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation throughout the year
  • Manage and work with various departments to set up, oversee and launch new digital marketing services

  • Leadership & Team Mentorship
  • As a Senior member of the Accounts team, mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to process improvements
  • Facilitate onboarding for new team members, providing training and fostering a culture of collaboration
  • Support operations teams by providing the right information to fuel their work and keep them accountable on program timelines and tasks
  • Optimize workflows in Asana and contribute to developing tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency

Here’s a snapshot of what comes with joining our team:

  • Competitive base salary range: TIA reasonably expects to offer a base salary between $60,000-$90,000 for this role, with access to additional earnings via commission opportunities. The actual offer is based on experience, skills, and role alignment
  • Progressive compensation with meaningful commission and bonus potential each year.
