Description
Brand Manager
Arla Foods is seeking a driven and strategic Brand Manager to lead the growth of its Puck brand in Canada. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a globally recognized brand within a high-growth market, where you’ll have real influence over national campaigns, long-term strategy, and innovation.
In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of local execution and global strategy, partnering closely with international teams while shaping a distinctly Canadian growth agenda. You’ll be trusted to think big, act entrepreneurially, and bring forward bold ideas that unlock new opportunities and elevate the brand.
If you’re a marketer who wants ownership, visibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on a growing business, this role offers both the challenge and platform to do it.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Brand Growth:
- Drive and deliver on national volume, share, and financial targets through integrated brand leadership across creative, media, digital, and retail channels.
- Translate consumer insights and performance data into clear brand priorities, optimizing communications, in-store execution, and digital activation to drive growth.
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally, helping to shape brand plans and drive growth.
Own the P&L:
- Maintain full accountability for brand profitability, managing revenue, investment, and margin performance.
- Own brand budgets, forecasts, and financial accuracy, ensuring disciplined investment decisions.
- Evaluate ROI and optimize spend across brand initiatives.
Manage Agencies & Cross-Functional Partners:
- Lead external agency partners (creative, PR, experiential) to deliver compelling, on-brand work across channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to brand and business objectives.
Shape The Future:
- Develop and lead a multi-year brand strategy, balancing long-term brand equity with near-term commercial objectives.
- Identify innovation, renovation, and activation opportunities by leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and cultural moments.
- Build clear brand frameworks that guide decision-making across communications, portfolio, and channel strategies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- 3 years of Brand Management experience in CPG
- Experience managing a prominent brand within the Canadian market
- Proven management of a brand P&L
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using reporting and insights tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and sell ideas internally and externally

As a valued member of a team that cares deeply about community, collaboration, and culture, successful team members:
- Are self-starters who thrive in ambiguity and create clarity from complexity
- Bring an ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset to their work
- Actively collaborate and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Are committed to continuous learning, development, and growth
