The Influence Agency is a growing marketing agency that specializes in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Strategy & Development, SEO, Paid Media, Web Design & Development, and much more!
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven, and relationship-focused Senior Account Manager to join our team! At our agency, this role is referred to as Senior Client Success Manager, and it’s integral to managing client relationships, leading strategic direction, and ensuring the flawless execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Web).
This is an exciting position at a fast-moving agency that is focused on challenging industry norms and developing programs that are best in class.
We’re working in a hybrid model! We’re looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our West End location three days per week.

Abilities & Skills
- Able to work closely across departments to execute programs with multiple monthly recurring services
- Expertise in performance marketing, including Paid Media, SEO, CRO, and web strategy, with a proven ability to translate technical insights into actionable client recommendations
- Exceptional analytical skills to leverage data and consumer behavior trends for strategic decision-making
- Advanced budget management skills, confidently overseeing complex, multi-channel marketing budgets to ensure ROI and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills to be the glue between clients and our operations team. Strives to do good for their clients and provide them a stellar customer experience.
- Baseline knowledge of creative/organic services (social media, branded content, influencer marketing, etc) is considered an asset
Experience
- 5+ years in account/client management within digital marketing, with a significant focus on performance marketing
- 3+ years of experience reporting on advanced marketing campaigns, including data storytelling
- Proven track record of upselling and driving growth through strategic client partnerships
- Experience in a marketing agency is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Execution & Program Management
- Oversee multi-service campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of Paid Media, SEO, CRO, and Web strategies to achieve client goals
- Coordinate with internal teams, providing supporting departments to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
- Hold regular meetings, discussions, and brainstorms with different teams to optimize campaigns and hit KPIs
- Client Leadership & Reporting
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and positioning yourself as a strategic partner
- Proactively identify and solve client challenges, leading with expertise and confidence while involving Account Directors when necessary for contentious issues
- Lead client reporting meetings, effectively communicating data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Confidently create reporting and strategy presentation frameworks with a logical flow, speaking to multiple sections during presentations
- Create and highlight strategic recommendations through storytelling and harnessing strong service knowledge
- Upsell services (where beneficial to the client)
- Produce clear and concise emails to clients with minimal oversight, building a strong relationship by fostering trust and transparency
- New Client Setups
- Lead implementation of a digital media strategy
- Partner with your clients to quickly understand their business, industry, and competitors
- Develop and implement budgets aligned with clients’ key business objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation throughout the year
- Manage and work with various departments to set up, oversee and launch new digital marketing services
- Leadership & Mentorship
- As a Senior member of the Accounts team, mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to process improvements
- Facilitate onboarding for new team members, providing training and fostering a culture of collaboration
- Support operations teams by providing the right information to fuel their work and keep them accountable on program timelines and tasks
- Optimize workflows in Asana and contribute to developing tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency
