The Influence Agency is a growing marketing agency that specializes in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Strategy & Development, SEO, Paid Media, Web Design & Development, and much more!

We’re looking for a proactive, eager and client-focused Account Coordinator to join our team! At TIA this is a junior member of our Client Success team who is responsible for account support, program execution, optimization and reporting on campaign success. This person will have a primary focus on influencer marketing accounts, with the opportunity to contribute to other campaigns that involve various digital marketing channels and services.

This is an exciting position at a fast-moving agency that is focused on challenging industry norms and developing programs that are best in class. 
We’re working in a hybrid model! We’re looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our West End location three days per week.

Abilities & Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to support strong client relationships by being responsive, reliable, and solutions-oriented, contributing to overall client satisfaction and success.
  • Able to work closely across departments to execute programs with 1-3 services while maintaining high performance
  • Has a foundational understanding Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing services and best practices with an ability to effectively knowledge share with clients
  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Can manage budgets and campaigns across digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost
  • Can summarize data and recommendations into a digestible and visually appealing format for clients to understand our work’s impact
  • Excellent communication skills to be the glue between clients and our internal team. Strives to do good for their clients and provide them a stellar customer experience. 
  • Experience in developing and managing influencer campaigns and coordinating influencer contracts is a strong asset

Experience

  • 1+ years of account/client management experience in marketing or PR
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience in some capacity
  • Experience coordinating and executing influencer marketing campaigns is a plus
  • Experience in a marketing agency is strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing
  • Source appropriate influencers for a wide variety of campaigns, ensuring all boxes are checked to make them a relevant fit
  • Create and coordinate accurate and well formatted contracts for influencers and their agents with concise briefing
  • Execute the communication required between influencer and client to see the campaign to the finish line

Internal Program Management
  • Assist various team members and departments to ensure all aspects of a client’s campaign are running smoothly and dynamically, adjusting when necessary 
  • Maintain regular contact with supporting departments and senior Client Success team members to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  • Contribute regularly to meetings, discussions, and brainstorms with different teams to optimize campaigns and hit KPIs

Reporting & Client Management
  • Support team members in the creation of standard monthly marketing reports, reporting on all areas of performance, communicating good news stories and how campaigns will be optimized as they continue to grow
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of metrics and what each metric’s benchmark should be
  • Contribute to the creation of presentation decks with a logical flow, speaking to multiple sections during presentations
  • Create and highlight strategic recommendations through storytelling and harnessing strong service knowledge
  • Upsell services (where beneficial to the client)
  • When required, crafts concise emails to clients with clear messaging and no errors with leadership’s oversight

New Client Setups
  • Assist in the implementation of a digital media/influencer marketing strategy
  • Partner with your clients and senior team members to quickly understand their business, industry, and competitors
  • Work with clients to gather and review their marketing plans, budgets and goals
  • Manage and work with various departments to set up, oversee and launch new digital marketing services
  • Support departments to ensure campaigns are optimized to produce the best results
