The Influence Agency is a growing marketing agency that specializes in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Strategy & Development, SEO, Paid Media, Web Design & Development, and much more!
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and client-focused Account Manager to join our team! At our agency, we call them Client Success Managers (CSM) and they are responsible for account management, strategic input, execution, optimization and reporting on campaign success.
This is an exciting position at a fast-moving agency that is focused on challenging industry norms and developing programs that are best in class. Our CSM will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide assortment of digital marketing campaigns for well known brands, with a focus on Influencer Marketing and Social Media.
We’re working in a hybrid model! We’re looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our West End location 3 days a week.

Abilities & Skills
- Able to work closely across departments to execute programs with multiple monthly recurring services
- Has a strong understanding of Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Creative Services best practices with an ability to speak confidently and explain these to clients
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
- Can manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost
- Excellent communication skills to be the glue between clients and our operations team. Strives to do good for their clients and provide them a stellar customer experience.
- Baseline knowledge of SEM services (paid media, SEO, web development, CRO) is considered an asset
Experience
- 4+ years of account/client management experience in the marketing space
- Experience coordinating and executing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
- At least 2 years of experience in coordinating and reporting on social media campaigns
- At least 1 year of sales experience in some capacity is an asset
- Experience in Event Management and PR is an esset
- Experience in a marketing agency is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities

Internal Program Management
- Work with various team members and departments to ensure all aspects of a client’s campaign are running smoothly and dynamically, adjusting when necessary
- Maintain regular contact with supporting departments to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
- Hold regular meetings, discussions, and brainstorms with different teams to optimize campaigns and hit KPIs
Reporting & Client Management
- Create standard monthly marketing reports, reporting on all areas of performance, communicating good news stories and how campaigns will be optimized as they continue to grow
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of metrics and what each metric’s benchmark should be
- Confidently creates presentation frameworks with a logical flow, speaking to multiple sections during presentations
- Create and highlight strategic recommendations through storytelling and harnessing strong service knowledge
- Upsell services (where beneficial to the client)
- Produce clear and concise emails to clients with minimal oversight, building a strong relationship by fostering trust and transparency
Influencer Marketing
- Source appropriate influencers for a wide variety of campaigns using the Influencer Database, ensuring all boxes are checked to make them a relevant fit
- Create and coordinate accurate and well formatted contracts for influencers and their agents with concise briefing
- Execute the communication required between influencer and client to see the campaign to the finish line
New Client Setups
- Lead implementation of a digital media plan
- Partner with your clients to quickly understand their business, industry, and competitors
- Work with clients to gather and review their marketing plans, budgets and goals
- Manage and work with various departments to set up, oversee and launch new digital marketing services
- Support departments to ensure campaigns are optimized to produce the best results

- Competitive base salary range: TIA reasonably expects to offer a salary between $70,000 – $100,000 for this role. The actual offer is based on experience, skills, and role alignment.
