Digital Performance Marketing Manager

The Influence Agency is a growing marketing agency that specializes in Influencer Marketing, Community Management, Content Strategy & Development, SEO, Paid Media, Web Design & Development, and much more!

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Performance Marketing Manager. At our agency, we call them Client Success Managers and they are responsible for account management, strategic direction, execution, optimization and reporting on campaign success. 

This is an exciting position at a fast-moving agency aimed at always delivering best in class marketing services, on the cutting edge. 

We’re working in a hybrid model with 3 days a week in the office (including free lunches!) and we’re looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our West End location.

Abilities & Skills
  • Develop and account manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost
  • Ensuring successful planning and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic and own media channels
  • Work closely with the paid media team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback and present results to the client
  • Has expert knowledge in Paid Advertising (Facebook and Google), Google Analytics and SEM
  • Thorough understanding of organic social media marketing and influencer campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication to be the glue between clients and our operations team

Experience
  • At least 3 years of account/client management experience in digital marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in reporting on paid marketing campaigns, Google Analytics, SEO, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in some capacity

Key Responsibilities

New Client Setups
  • Lead implementation of a digital media strategy
  • Partner with your clients to quickly understand their business, industry, and competitors
  • Work with clients to gather and review their marketing plans, budgets and goals
  • Manage and work with various departments to set up, oversee and launch new digital marketing services
  • Support departments to ensure campaigns are optimised to produce the best results
Internal Management
  • Work with various team members and departments to ensure all aspects of a customer’s campaign are running smoothly and dynamically adjusted when necessary 
  • Maintain regular contact with supporting departments to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  • Hold regular meetings, discussions, and brainstorms with different teams to optimize campaigns and hit KPIs
Reporting & Client Management
  • Create standard monthly marketing reports, reporting on all areas of performance, communicating good news stories and how campaigns will be optimized as they continue to grow
  • Create and highlight strategic recommendations through storytelling
  • Upsell services (where beneficial to the client)

Qualifications

  • Graduate of College or University

Excellent to Have

  • Project Management experience
  • Google and/or Facebook ads certification
  • Email marketing experience
  • Hands-on paid ads experience
