Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience managing major accounts and growing business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of client needs, with the ability to provide tailored solutions and hands-on support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other tools used to manage accounts and track progress.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. 

About The Role


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Communication: Methodically ensure that clients have the resources and reminders they need to succeed through meticulous follow up. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with leadership, sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and address any client needs.
  • Monitor account performance: Track and analyze key metrics to ensure client satisfaction and business goals are being achieved.
  • Drive client retention and growth: Identify opportunities to expand services and ensure clients are receiving maximum value from SportsPay’s solutions.
  • Report to management: Provide regular updates to senior management on account health, growth opportunities, and potential challenges.

Location

  • We are open to applicants based in the Greater Toronto Area who can come to a Downtown location 1+ day a week
  • Travel to visit clients is an integral part of this role. Only apply if you’re willing and able to make client visits outside of Toronto.
