We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is eager to build a long-term career in sales and client services.

In this role, you’ll support the sales process from first inquiry through post-sale handoff, helping ensure opportunities move smoothly, professionally, and efficiently through the pipeline. You’ll work closely with the sales and operations teams, balancing communication, organization, creativity, and follow-through across multiple active opportunities at once.

  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace including Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Meet
  • Comfortable working within templates while also elevating presentations with creativity and strong formatting instincts
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, and moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
  • Strong follow-up habits and the ability to proactively keep projects and conversations moving forward
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both sales and operations teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and problem-solve independently
  • Interest in digital marketing, advertising, influencer marketing, and agency services is a strong asset
  • Comfortable using AI tools to create efficiencies and streamline workflows.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a coordinator, sales support, account support, administrative, client services, or similar role is preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple projects, clients, or stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience creating professional presentations, pitch decks, or client-facing materials
  • Agency experience is considered a strong asset but is not required
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is a strong asset

As a Sales Coordinator, your core responsibilities will be:

Sales Coordination & Pipeline Support

  • Respond to inbound inquiries, coordinate and lead discovery calls with the sales team
  • Prepare internal notes and relevant background information ahead of discovery meetings
  • Lead discovery calls, take detailed notes, track action items, and coordinate follow-up meetings
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales opportunity tracking within Asana and internal systems
  • Support the overall day-to-day flow of the sales process to ensure opportunities move forward efficiently

Presentation & Proposal Development

  • Use existing master templates to build polished, visually compelling program outlines and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to tailor presentations and supporting materials to prospective client needs
  • Bring a strong design-forward mindset to deck creation, ensuring materials are professional, organized, aesthetically strong, and client-ready
  • Assist with updating and maintaining presentation templates and supporting sales collateral as needed

Post-Sale Coordination

  • Support the post-sale onboarding and ticketing process to ensure smooth project transitions
  • Set up new client accounts and project workflows within Asana
  • Coordinate internal handoffs between the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and client expectations
  • Act as a bridge between sales and execution teams by helping ensure all required information is properly communicated internally

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for sales meetings and follow-ups
  • Help maintain organized documentation, meeting records, and sales materials
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and internal processes
  • Support additional operational or coordination needs across the sales team as required

Here’s a snapshot of what comes with joining our team:

  • Competitive base salary range: TIA reasonably expects to offer a salary between $45,000 – $55,000 for this role. The actual offer is based on experience, skills, and role alignment.
