We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and meticulously organized Social Media Manager to join our team! At our agency, a Social Media Manager will be responsible for the management of a variety of accounts within our portfolio, including social strategy, content development, social calendar planning, execution, reporting, and leading the growth of our accounts.
This is an exciting position at a fast-moving agency that is focused on challenging industry norms and developing programs that are best in class.

Abilities & Skills
- Strong ability to create and write content for social media for a B2C or B2B company
- Can own social content ideation and the ability to recommend and implement growth strategies
- On the pulse with social trends
- Experience with content scheduling, community management, and social listening
- Experience creating social-first video content for Reels, TikTok and/or Shorts using in-app platforms tools or CapCut
- Expertise in measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Can confidently communicate with and present to clients, speaking on topics like strategy, content ideation, metrics and campaign success
- Has experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management platform
- A keen eye for design, and familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Figma, or other programs
- Excellent to have: Experience or understanding of Influencer Marketing, Paid Advertising (Facebook and Google), branded content (photo & video shoots)
Experience
- Has at least 2-4 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- At least 2 years of experience reporting on social media campaigns
- Preferred: experience within an agency environment
Key Responsibilities
The ebbs and flows of work at an agency may require you to pitch in on a variety of projects in different ways. The right candidate will embrace the diversity of this environment, and view it as an opportunity to learn and try new things.
New Client Setups
- Lead the development of new client accounts
- Support setting up accounts within our software
- A meticulous eye for detail across all campaign creative
- Strategize and produce media by working alongside designers and other social media managers
- Support coordination of photoshoot/video shoot with Client Success Manager (CSM)
Content Creation & Publishing:
- Create and publish scroll-stopping content across multiple client accounts
- Bring a strong visual eye to everything you create, with design-forward thinking and hands-on Canva skills to produce polished, on-brand assets
- Be a go-to for reactive content, jumping on trends, cultural moments, and real-time opportunities with speed and confidence
- Comfortable creating across formats including short-form video and graphic assets
- Lead with a social-first video mindset, concepting and executing content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts with a clear understanding of what performs best
- Collaborate with Social Strategists and Creative to build and maintain monthly content calendars, balancing evergreen planning with quick-turn reactive needs
- Adapt messaging and creative so it feels native, culturally relevant, and platform-first
Reporting & Analytics
- Track, compile, and analyze monthly social media performance reports across all managed accounts
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on platform data to continuously improve content performance
- Stay on top of social media algorithm changes, trending formats (Reels, TikTok trends, etc.), and platform updates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Alongside a Social Strategist, work closely with the Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, SEO, and Strategy teams to ensure social content aligns with broader campaign goals
- Collaborate with graphic designers and Creative department to brief and deliver social media assets on schedule
- Participate in brainstorms, client meetings, and internal reviews as needed

Here’s a snapshot of what comes with joining our team:
- Competitive base salary range: TIA reasonably expects to offer a base salary between $55,000-$75,000 for this role. The actual offer is based on experience, skills, and role alignment.
