The Influence Agency is a growing marketing agency that specializes in Influencer Marketing, Community Management, Content Strategy & Development, SEO, Paid Media, Web Design & Development, and much more!
We are looking for a Coop Student to join our team as a Digital Marketing Intern for the Winter 2025 semester. This will be a hybrid position, working both at home and at our office in the west end of Toronto.
Based on a candidate's passions and interests, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams in Digital Design, Social Media, Paid Media, and/or SEO Content. You will also contribute to the development of an influencer database.

Work Responsibilities
- Contributes to the building of our internal Influencer Database, which involves extracting various pieces of information about influencers our agency may collaborate with and entering them into the database in an organized fashion. This will involve making sure that all social media links, handles and stats are up-to-date, and that each influencer is tagged with the relevant categories to improve sorting optimization.
- Communicates with HR and their assigned Client Success Manager to update on the progress of the database and ask any questions that may come up.
- Learns about the various operations teams within our agency as well as the processes we follow to ensure deliverables are met on time and with a high degree of quality.
- Collaborates with various departments across the organization to assist in their ongoing projects, allowing for continued learning throughout the internship. This may entail writing blogs, learning about SEO, creating social media content, helping on photoshoots, designing work for the Digital Design team, assisting in reports, facilitating CRO reports, and more. These projects can be tailored to the intern's personal career interests.

Qualifications
- Currently in school at a College or University in a Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, PR, Communications or other related program.
- Experience in a marketing, journalism, public relations, publishing, or writing environment (through studies, work, placements, volunteering, etc.)
- Previous work experience or a previous internship/placement is a bonus.
- Experience with Excel and/or the Google Suite.
