Are you a strategic yet hands-on brand marketer who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments? We’re partnering with Organic Traditions, Canada’s leading Superfoods brand, to hire a Brand Manager who will bring their refreshed brand identity to life across every channel and touchpoint.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll own the brand’s strategy and execution. From GTM planning and shopper marketing to creative campaigns and retail activations - helping scale Organic Traditions’ presence in both Canada and the U.S.

About You
You’re an entrepreneurial brand builder who’s equally comfortable developing strategy and getting your hands dirty in execution. You love translating creative ideas into commercial impact, and you’re energized by the challenge of scaling a brand in a fast-moving category.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in CPG, wellness, or natural products
- Proven success managing brand refreshes, product launches, and cross-channel campaigns
- Experience with shopper marketing and retail activation
- Strong analytical and project management skills - you’re organized, resourceful, and data-driven
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead decision-making
- A personal passion for health, wellness, and sustainable food
Bonus points if you’ve combined large CPG training with startup experience — you know how to bring structure to an entrepreneurial environment.
About the Role
As the Brand Manager, you’ll lead the rollout of Organic Traditions’ recent brand refresh, translating new positioning, packaging, and messaging into compelling consumer and customer experiences.
You’ll bridge strategy and execution, collaborating with marketing, growth, and sales teams to deliver campaigns that build awareness, strengthen equity, and drive results.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute annual brand and go-to-market plans that drive growth
- Own brand storytelling across digital, retail, influencer, and PR channels
- Manage creative agencies, freelancers, and internal partners to bring ideas to life
- Lead shopper marketing and in-store activations, including national display and demo programs
- Build impactful trade materials - sell sheets, launch decks, and presentations for retailers
- Lead and execute key trade shows and brand events in Canada and the U.S.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance reporting with precision and ownership
Success Looks Like
- Within 30 days: You’ve built trust with key stakeholders and immersed yourself in the refreshed brand
- Within 90 days: You’re leading GTM planning and shopper marketing initiatives with confidence
- Within 12 months: You’ve successfully implemented the brand refresh and are driving measurable growth across markets
